ARROW EXTERMINATORS PROMOTION DESCRIPTION:

The Arrow Father’s Day Giveaway on Facebook opens for Entries on Thursday, June 1, 2023, and closes on Saturday, June 10, 2023. Giveaway voting opens Wednesday, June 21, 2023 and closes Friday, June 23, 2023. The winner will be announced in June 2023.

This Giveaway is administered by Arrow and is not affiliated with Facebook. By entering the 2023 Arrow Father’s Day Giveaway, you will be bound by these Terms & Conditions and you acknowledge that you satisfy all eligibility requirements.

2. ELIGIBILITY:

Open to non-Arrow employees and individual residents of the United States who are older than 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in their state of residence prior to the date of entry.

3. PRIZE(S):

One (1) winner will receive a $100 gift card to a local hardware store of their choice.

4. WINNER SELECTION:

The Winner of the Giveaway will be selected through a voting process on Arrow's Facebook page. The photo with the most Facebook reactions among eligible Entries received throughout the Promotion Period in Arrow’s Giveaway Facebook album will win. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. The winner will be selected and announced via Facebook in June 2023. Arrow will notify the winner via Facebook Messenger.

Any winner notification not responded to within 24 hours or returned as undeliverable may result in prize forfeiture. The Prizes will be administered by Arrow for the winners and sent out immediately.

If you win a prize, you may not transfer, assign, or redeem the prize for cash.

5. HOW TO ENTER:

You may enter the Giveaway via the entry method described below.

Comment a picture of your barbecue setup or best BBQ dish on one of our Giveaway posts on Facebook by June 10! Include your name.
Vote on our Giveaway Facebook album from June 21 - June 23. React to your favorite picture in the album and share to your friends — the picture with the most reactions wins!
One lucky winner will be announced in June!

A Facebook account may be required to enter. If you don’t already have an account, visit https://ww.facebook.com/ to create one. It is free to create an account. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter. By participating in the Giveaway via social platforms, participants are also subject to each platform’s data policy and terms of use, which can be found respectively on Meta's site.

7. ADDITIONAL TERMS:

Arrow reserves the right to modify or cancel a Giveaway at any time. Arrow is not responsible for: (a) lost, misdirected, late, or incomplete entries or for inaccurate entry information; (b) any operation or transmission error, theft, unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries; or (c) damage to any computer or device resulting from downloading Giveaway materials. Arrow may disqualify any individual found to be: (x) tampering with a Giveaway; (y) violating these Terms & Conditions; or (z) acting in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to threaten or harass any person. Incomplete and robotic, automatic, programmed, duplicate or similar entries will be disqualified. The authorized subscriber of the account used to enter a Giveaway at the actual time of entry will be deemed to be the participant and must comply with these Terms & Conditions in the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users having the same email account.

No greater than the number of prizes stated on the Terms & Conditions page will be awarded. If any errors occur in the selection of a potential winner, or if more prizes are claimed than specified, Arrow may award the prize by random drawing from among all eligible claimants. All prizes made available for a Giveaway may not be awarded in the event Arrow does not receive a sufficient number of qualified and eligible entries for an applicable Giveaway.
