For many of us, our character was forged or altered by our years in the military. We spend the rest of our lives living through the memories that we have and abiding by the disciplines and principles we learned. When a service member hangs up their uniform for the last time, there is a feeling of loss as if we were being forever separated from a fraternal order. 

Purpose

To create a culture for veterans within the Arrow Exterminators Family of Brands. The culture centers around comradery, recognition, and support for veterans and active service members. This includes their families, and the community at large. 

The committee is focused around three pillars which dictate our marching orders. 

• Recognition: The intent of this pillar is to acknowledge our veterans so that we are reminded of their years of service. We remind our veterans that they are now a part of an Arrow family that supports, acknowledges, and treasures its veterans. Not only that, our family is better because of them.
• In-Reach: This pillar focuses on supporting our Arrow veterans, team members, and families who are in need or whose loved ones are deployed. 
• Outreach: Arrow partners with communities and veteran service organizations in providing services and meeting needs of veterans in the communities that we service.
