Arrow Exterminators Announces Key Strategic Promotion to the Executive Committee

Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators Continues to Build a Strong Leadership Team by Promoting from Within

Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators, the second largest privately-held and family-owned pest and termite control company in the United States, is pleased to announce an internal promotion to the company’s Executive Committee. “We have aggressive plans to grow to $500 Million in the next five years while maintaining our unique entrepreneurial and family culture,” said Emily Thomas Kendrick, Chief Executive Officer of Arrow Exterminators. "We are delighted to announce Mark Cassell's promotion to the position of Senior Vice President of Operations. Throughout Mark's career, he has consistently demonstrated exceptional leadership skills and a remarkable ability to drive growth. Mark's promotion is well-deserved and reflects his significant contributions to the success of our company. We are confident that Mark will continue to make invaluable contributions to Arrow's future growth and expansion."

With his promotion to Senior Vice President of Operations, Mark will serve on the Executive Committee, and he will lead Region’s 1 (NE Atlanta), 4 (East Georgia), 8 (South Texas & Arizona), and our newest Region 23 (North Texas).

Mark began his career at Arrow in 2001 as a Termite Service Professional in the Cumming, GA service center and soon moved to Renewal Service Professional. Mark then accepted Outside Sales roles in both Cumming and Alpharetta, GA. Due to his abilities and accomplishments, he was promoted to Region Sales Manager followed by assuming the role of Service Center Manager in both the Cumming and North Point, GA service centers. In 2014, Mark accepted the Region Vice President position for NE Atlanta and led the region to outstanding results for eight years.  In 2022, Mark was promoted to Vice President of Sales where he further fine-tuned his skills leading the Arrow sales team.

During his free time, Mark can be found spending time with his lovely wife of 22 years Samantha, their daughter, Kaleigh (19) and sons Colin (15) and Caden (13). The entire family loves spending time outdoors and taking trips together.  On Sundays, Mark leads a middle school-aged boys youth group at his church helping boys find faith of their own.
