Arrow Exterminators Hosts Management Team at Annual Spring Kickoff Meeting

Executives, Managers and Corporate Support Teams Get Ready for the Season at the Grand Hotel Resort & Spa in Point Clear, Alabama

The entire management team for Arrow Exterminators' recently convened at the beautiful Grand Hotel Point Clear Resort & Spa for their annual spring kickoff meeting. The three-day event featured a guest key-note speaker and the inaugural Arrow Training Camp, an intensive, yet fun and interactive dive into ten key corporate support groups for the service center managers.  Additionally, participants worked diligently planning for the upcoming season and building team camaraderie.  The annual event is also a chance for Arrow to recognize employees and valuable partners while enjoying a variety of relaxing resort activities.

The focus for the meeting was to continue the growth; build on the momentum established during in the first eight months of the fiscal year and close out the year with a strong push.  "This year has been full of amazing growth for Arrow, both organically and through diligent acquisition efforts," said Tim Pollard, Arrow's chief operating officer.  "Our goal is to finish the year with the same focus and drive that got us to this point."
