Arrow Exterminators Welcomes New Leaders to Propel Growth and Innovation
Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators is excited to announce the addition of three distinguished leaders to our team. Jason Crew, with 25 years of expertise from GE Healthcare, is joining Arrow as Vice President of Corporate Operations. Timson Green, a seasoned professional with a proven track record in pest management and Doug Patton, renowned for his visionary leadership in business development and operations are excited to join Arrow and are currently attending Arrow’s Service Center Manager Training Academy. Their collective experience and dedication to excellence will be instrumental in driving Arrow’s continued success and growth.
Jason Crew joins Arrow from GE’s healthcare business, where he spent the last 25 years in various sales and leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Market Vice President for GE’s Atlanta region, overseeing a $500 million medical equipment business across Georgia, Alabama, and Northern Florida. His responsibilities included managing GE Healthcare’s imaging, ultrasound, life care solutions, IT, consulting, and life science offerings. Jason excelled in partnering with hospitals in the Southeastern United States to enhance healthcare quality, access, and affordability.
Jason's career at GE Healthcare was marked by numerous achievements, including driving significant revenue growth and improving operational efficiencies. He has a proven track record of building strong relationships with key stakeholders and leading teams to exceed performance targets. His strategic vision and ability to adapt to the evolving healthcare landscape have been instrumental in delivering innovative solutions that meet the needs of patients and healthcare providers alike. Jason shares a passion for Arrow’s values in serving one another and creating a culture of delighting customers every day. His expertise and commitment to excellence will be invaluable in driving Arrow’s continued success and growth.
Timson Green has made a significant impact on pest management teams throughout the Northeast corridor. Most recently, he served as Branch Manager at JP McHale Pest Management, overseeing a portfolio consisting of 95% commercial customers. Prior to this, Green was a Service Manager at Terminix, managing predominantly residential customers from May 2021 to November 2022. He also served as Service Manager at Assured Environments from July 2019 to May 2021, focusing on training and development for a commercial branch.
In his earlier roles, Green was a Master Technician at Assured Environments and a Certified Applicator at Terminix, where he built a strong foundation in pest management. His leadership extends beyond his professional roles; he has served as the Secretary for the Connecticut Pest Control Association, and he is a graduate of the National Pest Management Association’s Executive Leadership Program.

Doug Patton is a passionate team builder who excels in delivering world-class service by recognizing and unleashing the strengths and talents of others. As Vice President of Business Development at Waynes Pest Control in Birmingham, AL, from May 2023 to February 2024, Patton identified business development challenges and customer concerns, implemented transparent and accountable strategies, and established customer loyalty programs that increased retention from 83% to 87%, saving $1.8 million in revenue.
Previously, as Vice President of Operations at Waynes Pest Control from March 2014 to May 2023, Patton navigated the company through explosive growth, increasing revenue from $26 million to $80 million in less than five years. He improved gross margins, decreased indirect costs, and delivered industry-leading EBITA margins. Doug mentored leaders by teaching them to execute through his five operational principles: serve your customer, collect your money, control your expenses, develop your team, and grow your business.
Patton also played a crucial role in recruiting and closing two acquisitions, achieving retention rates of 88% and 94% through focused communication and engagement. His strategic approach and commitment to service protocol efficiencies significantly increased EBITA, marking his career with visionary leadership, dedication to team development, and a commitment to delivering exceptional service and results.
